Release agent Continuous release is possible Fluorine surface processing of molds in our own manufacturing facility

Please try this when conventional release agents do not work well. It offers overwhelming continuous release properties. Easy to apply, dries at room temperature in 5 minutes on the molding site. No need to clean the molded products.

The "FloroSurf FG-5093, 5095, 5097 Series" is a mold release agent made by dissolving a special fluororesin in a non-flammable fluorinated solvent. It does not contain PFAS regulated substances (such as PFOS and PFOA). Just one application provides a non-stick surface to the mold. It demonstrates excellent continuous release properties even for complex and precise shapes. Please try it in cases where conventional release agents do not work well. It has excellent durability and a proven track record of continuous release, and reapplication using a brush or spray can restore its performance. 【Features】 ■ Strongly adheres to the mold material, enabling continuous release. ■ The film thickness is only a few nanometers, suitable for nano and sub-micron level molds and nanoimprinting. ■ Easily applied with a brush or spray gun, drying at room temperature in 10 minutes. No need for external processing. ■ No need to remove the film during reapplication. ■ No transfer of release agent components, eliminating the need for cleaning of molded products (FG-5093, 5095). ■ Low odor and non-flammable, maintaining a good environment on-site (excluding aerosol types). ■ Applying it to the nozzle of extrusion molds reduces defects like blushing and melt fracture. Free samples are available for trial (limited to corporate clients)!
